Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a part-time Physical Therapist (20–25 hours/week) who is upbeat, motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional one-on-one care.
An ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Has strong hands-on skills and enjoys manual therapy (or is eager to develop them through mentorship).
  • Values connection and education as much as clinical results.
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team where feedback, growth, and learning are encouraged.
  • Is excited to be part of a tight-knit, positive culture - not a high-volume clinic.
  • Brings energy, professionalism, and curiosity to every session.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related conditions using evidence-based and manual therapy techniques.
  • Design and implement personalized home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and billing.
  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.
  • Participate in community outreach events, educational workshops, or patient engagement opportunities.
  • Uphold our GIVER Core Values in everything you do:
    • Growth Mindset - Always learning, improving, and preparing.
    • Initiative - Take ownership and act with purpose.
    • Vibrant Enthusiasm - Bring energy and positivity every day.
    • Empathy & Team Focus - Care deeply for your teammates and patients.
    • Resilient Confidence - Face challenges with a solutions-first mindset.

Requirements

  • California PT license (or PTLA status).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for helping people stay active for life — not just recover.
  • Interest in wellness and injury-prevention care is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay ($40–$55/hour, depending on experience).
  • Flexible schedule (part-time, 20–25 hours/week).
  • Sick Pay (in accordance with State and City law).
  • Free gym membership with one of our many gym partners.
  • Mentorship and advanced training in manual therapy, cupping, IASTM, and taping.
  • Supportive, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities.
  • Opportunity to build your caseload with one-on-one, 55-minute sessions.
