One-on-one patient care
Minimal paperwork; compliant with CA State Practice Act.
Diverse clientele: weekend warriors, active professionals, high school athletes.
Emphasis on manual therapy and building strong patient relationships.
What We're Looking For
Passionate, hands-on PT with natural manual therapy talent.
Wants mentorship + advanced training (manual therapy, cupping, IASTM, taping, etc.).
Loves to learn, receive feedback, and grow — clinically & professionally.
Strong communicator — connects easily with patients of all personalities.
Values creating a memorable patient experience, not just results.
Self-starter with attention to detail.
Enjoys intimate, 1-on-1 care — not factory-style PT.
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited PT program.
Excellent hands-on skills — or potential with mentorship.
Warm, calming, empathetic communicator.
Excited to grow a full caseload within 3 months.
Passion for helping people stay active for life, not just recover.
Compensation & Bonuses
