We launched Advanced Physical Therapy & Wellness in October 2021, driven by our strong moral, ethical, and religious beliefs about changes in healthcare. Initially, we operated out of S10 Fitness in Point Loma for six months to build our client base and gather enough funds to open our own location.
By May 2022, we moved to our current 1600 square foot office in Mira Mesa/Sorrento Valley.

Our mission is to save millions of people worldwide from unnecessary surgery. To accomplish this, we have ran countless workshops at local gyms, participated in community events, and created quite a few E-books for people to learn how to better help themselves.
